SUBJECT: DEMAND LETTER FOR RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, Nova Niles Technical Services, organized under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, hereby appoint your agency to recruit the following personnel for employment with our company in the UAE, under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Contract Period: 2 (Two) Years, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  2. Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break).
  3. Overtime: Any work performed beyond normal working hours will be paid as overtime as per UAE Labor Law.
  4. Kitchen Facility: Provided by the company.
  5. Salary Hold: 40 days salary will be held as a security deposit and refunded upon successful completion of the two-year contract.
  6. Conduct: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on company premises/accommodation. Violations will result in fines or disciplinary action.
  7. Uniform: Employees are required to wear the company-provided uniform during working hours.
  8. Work Performance: Refusal to work or perform assigned duties may result in visa cancellation.
  9. Accommodation: Provided by the company.
  10. Transportation: Provided by the company (from accommodation to work site and back).
  11. Leave & Air Ticket: 60 days paid leave after completion of 2 years of service, with a round-trip air ticket provided by the company.
  12. Other Benefits: Medical insurance, overtime, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
